Relationship Manager

What you'll be doing Solicit and acquire new clients

Develop and maintain strong relationships with the clients

Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet and exceed client expectations

Analyze client needs and requirements to recommend tailored financial solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

Actively participate in client meetings, presentations and events

Contribute to the overall growth and success of the business

What we're looking for Experience in soliciting for commercial loans is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
