Customer Quality Engineer

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To support Molex plants handling with quality issues in customers, maintain customers relationship and satisfaction DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To maintain and improve customer satisfaction with respect to quality activities
2. To maintain customer relationship and customer satisfaction through fast response and good technical support
3. To provide leadership and technical expertise in resolving quality issue:

1. Good knowledge in engineering and quality
2. Good knowledge at manufacturing processes
3. Knowledge and skills in FMEA, Global 8D, QC tools, SPC and other QA/QC related skills.
4. ISOs, RoSH, SAP
5. At least 4 years experiences in manufacturing companies (In there, 3 years of equivalent experience)
6. Good English
