The Mathematics for AI area within the Division of Computing and Mathematical Science at Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI) is expanding over the coming year. We invite outstanding candidates at all levels (Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor) to apply in areas of Mathematics including, but not limited to the following:

AI for mathematics: AI assisted systems for proofs of mathematical theorems

Analysis and partial differential equations

Computational and high-dimensional probability

Mathematics for AI, such as deep learning

Qualifications

This position requires a PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a closely related field. Candidates should have demonstrated excellence in conducting innovative and impactful research, and passion for mentoring students.
