Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

Attend to customers who visit the store and provide excellent customer service. Welcome customers and understand their product requirements. Explain product features, prices, quality, and availability to customers. Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs. Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation where required. Process customer orders and ensure accurate order details. Follow up on customer inquiries and pending orders. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers. Promote company products and identify opportunities to increase sales. Ensure products are properly displayed and the store is neat and organized.

Responsibilities:

Minimum of an OND qualification 1 year of experience in a similar role
