Photographer/ Retoucher

Responsibilities:

Plan and run photo shoots in studios or on location. Set up lights, cameras, and gear. Direct subjects, models, or clients to get the best shots. Capture high-resolution raw image files. Keep gear clean and manage digital storage. Image Enhancement: Fix contrast, light, and sharpness to make pictures look clear. Skin and Portrait Fixes: Smooth skin, clear spots, and fix makeup or hair details. Product Polish: Clean dust, fix shadows, and make product colors match real life for online stores. Image Compositing: Blend parts of different photos into one seamless final image. Color Grading: Match colors across a full set of photos so they look uniform. Photo Restoration: Fix old, torn, or faded physical photos.

Teamwork and Workflow:

Collaborate: Work closely with photographers, art directors, and clients to match the brand style. Meet Deadlines: Manage tight schedules to finish large batches of images on time. File Prep: Save files correctly for web use or high-quality print.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of HND. 2 years of previous experience in a similar role. Must know how to use Photoshop, Lightroom, Camera Roll, and Capture One. AI software; be familiar with AI manipulation.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000
