HR Administration Specialist M/W/X

Your scope of work:

• Administer employment contracts and manage personnel files in compliance with Belgian labor legislation
• Support payroll operations in collaboration with external payroll providers (Belgium)
• Ensure compliance with Belgian labor law and internal HR policies
• Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters (e.g. benefits, leave, working time, social security, policies)
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees in Belgium
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation, including policies and procedures
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinate HR administration related to absences, time tracking, and employee documentation
• Cooperate with managers and external partners on HR administrative matters
• Ensure accurate maintenance of HR systems and employee records

Our expectations:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR Administration or HR Generalist role supporting Belgium
• Solid knowledge of Belgian labor law and Collective Labour Agreements (CLAs/CBAs - CAO/CCT)
• Understanding of Belgian social security regulations and employment legislation
• Experience with payroll coordination and external payroll providers
• Familiarity with HRIS and HR administration tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage), Polish nice to have
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
