Dishwasher/ Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including workstations, storage areas, and equipment
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using proper procedures
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies
• Assist with waste management, including proper disposal and recycling practices
• Support kitchen staff by organizing and storing kitchen tools, equipment, and ingredients
• Clean and maintain restaurant floor areas to ensure a safe and pleasant environment
• Ensure restrooms are cleaned regularly, including washing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and floors
• Refill restroom supplies and maintain overall cleanliness at all times

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and hygiene
• Team player with a positive attitude
