Social Media Specialist / Content Creator

We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, and highly proactive Social Media Specialist / Content Creator to join our growing creative agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into engaging content — from concepting and scripting to shooting, editing, and final execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative content ideas and campaign concepts for social media platforms
  • Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms
  • Write scripts, captions, and content directions aligned with brand identity
  • Execute content production including shooting, directing, and editing
  • Deliver final content outputs optimized for each platform
  • Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and audience behavior
  • Collaborate with the creative team for branding and campaign needs
  • Manage multiple content projects while maintaining quality and deadlines

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social media trends and content strategies
  • Skilled in scriptwriting, content planning, and creative concepting
  • Able to execute content production independently
  • Proficient in CapCut for video editing
  • Good storytelling, pacing, and visual sense
  • Confident working in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Creative, communicative, adaptable, and detail-oriented

Plus Points

  • Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Able to operate camera equipment
  • Owns a smartphone with high-quality camera capabilities
  • Understanding of lighting, framing, and basic cinematography
  • Experience creating viral or high-performing social media content
  • Basic motion graphics or animation skills
