We are a *family-owned dental practice that has proudly served the Mississauga community for over 30 years*, and we are looking for a full-time *Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)* to join our team.

We have an excellent, loyal patient base and are looking for someone who values building genuine long-term relationships with patients and providing high-quality, comprehensive dental hygiene care.

The Position

• *Full-time, permanent position*
• Monday: *8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM*
• Tuesday: *9:00 AM ? 6:00 PM*
• Wednesday: *8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM*
• Thursday: *9:00 AM ? 6:00 PM*
• Friday: *8:00 AM ? 1:00 PM*
• *No evenings or weekends*
• Predictable, consistent schedule
• Approximately *8 patients per day*
• *$46?$54/hour*, based on experience
• *Dental benefits included*
• *Free on-site parking*

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services
• Perform periodontal assessments and appropriate hygiene therapy
• Scaling, polishing and fluoride treatments
• Take radiographs as required
• Oral cancer screening and oral health assessments
• Provide individualized oral hygiene instruction
• Maintain accurate clinical records and charting
• Communicate findings and recommendations with the dentist
• Provide excellent patient education and care

We are looking for an RDH who is:

• Registered and in good standing with the *College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)*
• Caring, friendly and patient-focused
• Professional, dependable and organized
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
• Interested in building long-term relationships with patients

Experience with *Tracker* is an asset, but training can be provided.
