Production Planning Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and control production plans according to customer orders and production capacity.
• Coordinate with Production, Material Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse and other related departments.
• Monitor production progress and ensure products are completed according to plan.
• Check and control material availability for production.
• Follow up production schedules and solve problems that may affect delivery.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production planning reports.
• Coordinate with Chinese management and Chinese-speaking teams regarding production plans and issues.
• Support production planning improvement and increase production efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and help control excess or shortage of materials.
• Follow up customer delivery requirements and ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields. 2–5 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, Production Control or related fields. Experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred. Good command of Chinese (HSK 4 or above) and English is an advantage. Able to communicate and coordinate with Chinese management and internal departments. Good knowledge of production planning, inventory control and MRP. Good Excel skills; experience with SAP/ERP is preferred. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
