Client Service Associate

The Client Service Associate plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and patient care at Minmed Screening Centres. Acting as a service ambassador, this position ensures a welcoming experience for participants during their health screenings. Role & Responsibilities: Provide a high level of customer care to participants who visit us for their health screening Manage participants’ enquiries and appointments in a professional manner Assist with clinical procedure such as ECG and other biometric measurements Keep proper clinical records in line with requirements of MOH Maintain good housekeeping and perform other duties which may be assigned Requirements: Diploma education Experience in healthcare or clinic setting advantageous Applicants with Hospitality background is an advantage Good interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer and service-oriented posture
