Social Media Officer

Job Descriptions:

1. Manage and publish daily content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Discord, etc.).
2. Develop content calendars aligned with tournaments, campaigns, and brand objectives.
3. Write engaging captions and adapt messaging for different platforms.
4. Coordinate with designers, video editors, and production teams to ensure timely content delivery.
5. Cover esports events, tournaments, and community activities through real-time social media updates.
6. Monitor social media trends, gaming culture, and emerging content formats.
7. Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and discussions professionally.
8. Track content performance and prepare basic weekly or monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
9. Ensure all published content follows brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
10. Maintain a flexible schedule to work with the team according to project needs.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Up to 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is a plus.
4. Passion for gaming and esports, with knowledge of popular game titles, esports tournaments, and gaming communities.
5. Excellent written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
6. Familiar with major social media platforms and their best practices.
7. Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
8. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays during tournaments and events. (optional)
