We are looking for a skilled Power BI Platform SME to join the Power Platform Team . This team is responsible for managing Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Power BI services, ensuring secure, scalable and well-governed capabilities across the enterprise.

In this role, you will be a key player in supporting and evolving the Power BI platform that serves thousands of users globally. You’ll work on platform operations, engineering, governance and architecture , ensuring Power BI remains a trusted, high-performing analytic capability that enables data-driven decisions across our organization.

Daily tasks

• Administer and continuously improve the Power BI platform to meet governance, architecture and security standards.
• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards for operational and governance insights.
• Configure and manage capacities, workspaces and deployment pipelines to enable enterprise use cases.Implement and maintain telemetry, monitoring and alerting for platform health and performance.
• Produce architecture and design documentation and work closely with Cybersecurity teams.Enable and support
• Power BI Copilot and AI features, in compliance with governance and security requirements.
• Develop automated solutions and self-service capabilities for efficient platform operations.
• Provide technical guidance, design consultation and issue resolution to stakeholders.
• Contribute to shaping future Power BI strategy, aligned with data and self-service vision.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric , including administration and configuration.

Hands-on experience with  enterprise reporting and analytics infrastructure.

Scripting & automation skills (PowerShell, Python or similar).

Knowledge of  security, access controls and governance models in large organizations.

Experience in  architecture and design , producing technical documentation.

Familiarity with  telemetry, monitoring and alerting systems .

Skilled in  Power BI report development and data visualization .

Understanding of  DevOps practices and deployment pipelines.

Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proactive, improvement-driven mindset for automation and optimization .
