We are looking for an experienced Data Discovery and Security Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing and managing structured and unstructured data discovery tools, participating in critical data security projects, and ensuring smooth daily operations within a highly regulated environment.

Daily tasks

• Manage Structured/Unstructured Data Discovery activities.
• Participate in projects focused on setting up Data Discovery tools and executing scans.
• Perform daily BAU operations, including server maintenance.
• Support Service Owners with health-checks and required process tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience in operational management, utilizing tools and methodologies for consistent delivery.

Strong expertise in building, deploying, and using solutions for Data Security and Data Integration strategies.

Hands-on experience with  Symantec/Broadcom Data Discovery , Veritas Data Insight , or similar tools.

Solid understanding of  cybersecurity frameworks , standards and regulations:

EU Data Security and Privacy Acts

CIS and NIST standards

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity or IT.

Analytical mindset , problem-solving skills, and drive for solutions.

Experience in  financial services is a plus.
