EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Manager- Food & Beverage, is a strategic business leader of the property’s food and beverage culinary operations, including restaurants/bars/room service, purchasing, banquets/catering, stewarding and employee cafeteria, where applicable. -To work closely with the Corporate Director of Food & Beverage and General Manager, to ensure consistency in F&B offerings, standardization of processes, optimization and continuous enhancement of guest experience.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 5 years minimum of progressive experience in executive leadership role in Food & Beverage. - Experience in a multi-unit operation, hotel , resort nor international hospitality environment is preferred.
