Sensory & Occupational Therapist

Job Description

1. Assess sensory integration, fine/gross motor skills, and Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
2. Design therapy programs to improve sensory regulation, coordination, and children’s independence.
3. Conduct one-on-one sessions focused on functional skills and daily living tasks.
4. Coach and provide strategies to parents and teachers to meet sensory and occupational needs at home and school.
5. Monitor, document, and report progress; conduct periodic evaluations to refine interventions.

Requirements

1. D3/D4 in Occupational Therapy, or a closely related field; valid STR (Therapist Registration Certificate).
2. Strong knowledge of sensory integration, motor development, and ADL training.
3. Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills.
4. Fresh graduates welcome; prior clinical or school experience is an advantage.
