Business Analyst

Conduct in depth analysis of business requirements, getting to the root cause behind what clients are asking for

Translate those needs into clear functional specs that Product and Engineering can act on

Run gap analysis between requirements and existing product capabilities

Build business cases and cost-benefit/ROI analyses for proposed solutions or customizations

Analyze operational data to surface insights that strengthen solution recommendations

Support on complex, data-heavy cases that need deeper analytical work

Maintain clean, standardized requirement documentation as the link between Sales, Product, and Engineering

Feed data-driven input into product roadmap prioritization

Minimum Bachelor's in Information Systems, Management, Statistics, or related field

Experience 3+ years as a Business Analyst / System Analyst, ideally from a SaaS, tech company

Strong analytical thinking, able to turn data into insight and recommendations, not just summarize it

Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets (required)

Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) is a plus

Skilled at writing clear BRDs/FRDs/user stories

Sharp, critical questioning to uncover clients' real needs behind stated requests

Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Comfortable working cross-functionally, bridging Sales, Product, and Engineering

Detail-oriented while still able to see the bigger business impact
