Job Description: Education Operations Manager oversees the overall management of our branch. Duties include staff hiring and training, motivating staff to achieve targets, sales and marketing, operating the branch on a day-to-day basis and making sure high production and efficiency in overall branch operation are achieved.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree or above
• 3-5 years of work experience, preferably with a significant amount of management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven experience in operations, sales & marketing is strongly preferable
• Target oriented
• Attention to details
• Experience in the education industry
• Good command of English, spoken or written
• Work location : Central Java
