The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the company's warehouse operations to ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, handling, picking, and dispatch of products. The role ensures inventory accuracy, proper stock rotation, expiry control, efficient warehouse utilization, and high service levels to internal and external customers.

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.

Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.

Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO implementation and effective expiry-date control.

Monitor product handling and storage conditions in line with F&B requirements.

Ensure proper segregation and handling of damaged, expired, or rejected products.

Optimize warehouse space, storage locations, and material flow.

Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, and Finance to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Monitor order preparation and dispatch accuracy and ensure timely fulfillment.

Lead and manage the warehouse team and monitor productivity and attendance.

Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, hygiene, and company procedures.

Monitor warehouse-related costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Ensure proper use of ERP/WMS systems and accurate transaction recording.

Prepare regular reports on inventory, warehouse performance, discrepancies, damages, and expiries.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

7–10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within F&B/FMCG distribution.

Experience managing a warehouse team and handling fast-moving consumer goods.

Experience with food products, expiry management, FIFO/FEFO, and inventory control is preferred.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Strong inventory control and analytical skills.

Good leadership and team management skills.

Good knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.

Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Good command of English.
