Job Description

• Lead and manage change initiatives within the technology department to ensure smooth transitions and successful delivery.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential challenges and risks associated with change initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with French-speaking stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
• Monitor and report on the progress of change management projects, ensuring key milestones are met.
• Provide training and support to teams affected by change processes to build capability and resilience.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all change management activities.
• Act as a key point of contact for change-related queries within the technology department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Change Manager (French Speaking) should have:

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in managing change within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy financial services environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
