BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ENGINEER

Coordinates the technical and operational aspects of a project, ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, on schedule, and within budget. Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, contracts, and applicable engineering standards. Develop project plans, work schedules, technical procedures, and resource requirements. Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, engineers, and site teams. Monitor progress against schedules, milestones, budgets, and performance targets. Manage project documentation, such as reports, drawings, RFIs, method statements, submittals, and change records. Support procurement by preparing technical specifications, evaluating quotations, and following up on materials and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety rules, environmental requirements, permits, codes, and company procedures. Attend project meetings and communicate progress, delays, technical concerns, and action items. Support commissioning and handover, including testing, punch-list closure, as-built drawings, manuals, and client acceptance.
