Job Purpose

The Investor Relations (IR) Manager/SeniorManager is responsible for developing and executing the company's investor relations strategy to enhance shareholder value, strengthen investor confidence, and maintain effective communication with the investment community.This role serves as a key liaison between the company, investors, equity analysts, shareholders, and other capital market stakeholders, ensuring transparent, timely, and accurate communication of the company's financial performance, business strategy, and growth prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations & StakeholderManagement

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, shareholders, and prospective investors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate and manage investor meetings, non-deal roadshows, analyst briefings, conference participation, and site visits.
  • Support senior management in building and maintaining positive relationships with the investment community.

Financial Communications

  • Prepare quarterly and annual earnings presentations, earnings release materials, investor fact sheets, and other investor communications.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual reports and shareholder communications.
  • Develop clear, accurate, and compelling investment narratives that effectively communicate the company's strategy, performance, and outlook.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all investor communications and public disclosures.

Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Monitor shareholder movements, analyst coverage, market trends, and competitor developments.
  • Conduct peer benchmarking, valuation analysis, and investor perception studies.
  • Analyze market sentiment and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Track share price performance and identify factors influencing valuation and investor confidence.

Strategic & Corporate FinanceSupport

  • Support fundraising initiatives, capital market activities, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic projects as required.
  • Prepare investor targeting strategies to broaden and diversify the shareholder base.
  • Develop briefing materials, FAQs, talking points, and presentations for executive management and board members.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams on business and investor-related initiatives.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with stock exchange regulations, corporate governance requirements, and disclosure obligations.
  • Coordinate public announcements and regulatory filings related to investor communications.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of material non-public information and ensure adherence to disclosure policies.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor'sDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a relateddiscipline.
  • MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.

Experience

Manager

  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Accounting.
  • Experience supporting investor communications and financial reporting within a listed company environment is preferred.

Senior Manager

  • Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience with significant exposure to capital markets, investor engagement, and corporate communications.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior executives and leading investor relations initiatives within a publicly listed company.
