Sales/Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer communications professionally Support sales efforts and meet assigned sales targets Provide accurate information about company services Assist with basic operational and administrative tasks Maintain proper customer records and follow up as required

Requirements:

Fluent in spoken and written English Resident of Alimosho LGA (preferred) Must be computer literate Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to meet sales targets and work independently

Benefits:

Training Period (First Month): NGN 100,000 Probationary Salary (One-Month Probation): NGN 250,000 Post-Probation Salary: NGN 300,000 Monthly upon successful completion of the one-month probation period and achievement of required sales targets Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses available based on sales performance and target achievement

Work Schedule: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (WAT)

Note: Transition to the NGN 300,000 salary structure is subject to successful performance evaluation after the one-month probation period.
