Meter Data Operations and Analytics (MDOA) Staff or Billing Operations and Analytics (BOA)

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related courses. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant computer systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Possesses strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a pleasant and professional demeanor. Willing to be assigned or relocated based on operational and business requirements. Preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience in utility operations, customer service, data processing, or related operational support functions. Fresh graduates with relevant internship, practicum, or on-the-job training experience are encouraged to apply
