Operation Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical Operations Officer to join our team at Menthum. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily processing of financial operations, transaction execution, and reconciliations across all our fintech product Execute daily customer transactions on the admin portal (deposits, withdrawals, cashback, and reward point redemptions).

Continuously monitor bank balances and execute banking operations to align Menthum systems with partner bank platforms in real-time.

Ensure timely settlement of mutual fund transactions, customer accounts, and inter-bank money transfers.

Input daily Mutual Fund Net Asset Value (NAV) entries and oversee automated funds cronjobs.

Perform daily reconciliations of fund transactions, fee collections, and API-based transfers against bank statements.

Investigate and promptly resolve transaction discrepancies, rejected transfers, or operational issues.

Liaise with external stakeholders including partner banks, asset management firms, and fund administrators.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for compliance reviews, audits, and operational reporting.

Identify and suggest process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational risk controls

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with strong academic performance.

2–5 years of proven experience in financial operations within banks, mutual funds, or fintech companies.

Strong background in bank reconciliations, transaction settlements, and financial systems.

Analytical mindset with strong numerical accuracy and high attention to detail.

Proficiency in technology, financial systems, and Excel/operational software.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
