Commercial Contracts Lawyer

We are seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a Dubai-based organisation on a temporary in-house assignment of approximately 1–2 months.

This is a broad corporate and commercial role with a strong focus on commercial contracts, supporting the business with day-to-day legal matters throughout the assignment.

Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts and agreements.
2. Provide practical legal advice on general corporate and commercial matters.
3. Identify contractual risks and provide commercially focused solutions.
4. Support the business with day-to-day legal queries and contract-related matters.
5. Assist with small works construction and/or fit-out contracts where required.
6. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure legal matters progress efficiently.
7. Qualified lawyer with approximately 1–4+ years’ PQE.
8. Strong commercial contracts experience.
9. Previous in-house experience preferred.
10. Exposure to small works construction and/or fit-out contracts would be advantageous.
11. Commercial, practical, and confident working independently.
12. Available to undertake a 1–2 month temporary assignment in Dubai.
