Accountant

ROLEOVERVIEW

The Accountant, Finance at Mandala Club is responsible for managing all daily accounting operation, GL, AR & AP including financial administrative tasks; the role is the bridge between the Operational Team and the Finance Department and reports directly to the Snr Finance Manager.

KEY OBJECTIVES &DELIVERABLES.

• Supporting CFO, GM and Senior Finance Manager
• Work closely with Membership department and outsourced accounting department in Singapore
• Daily accounting operations GL, AR & AP
• Preparation / supporting invoices
• Perform debtors and creditors statement reconciliation
• Daily Sales Report
• Weekly CMS payments Reconciliation
• Monthly Gym Financial Report Reconciliation
• Attending to auditors enquiries
• Other ad hoc duties

THE RIGHT EXPERIENCE

• Certified Accountant
• Min, 2 years of audit experience OR 3 years of prior experience in Finance Shared Services
• Good experience in full sets of accounting
• Be proficient with accounting software applications
• Advanced skill of Excel/Words
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
