Position: Counter Sales Personnel

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers. Recommend suitable products and upsell where appropriate. Process sales accurately using the POS system. Receive payments and issue receipts. Maintain a clean, organized counter. Monitor and replenish stock. Receive and arrange new inventory. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Promote current offers. Prepare daily sales and cash reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

Certificate/Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field is an advantage. Retail or counter sales experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic computer/POS skills. Honest, organized, and dependable. Able to meet sales targets.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

KPIs

Monthly sales targets achieved. Customer satisfaction. Cash handling accuracy. Stock accuracy. Punctuality and attendance.

Compensation

Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
