ASSISTANT MANAGER GLOBAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES

This is a hands-on role in the everyday operations of the departments. Position oversees staff, ensures that business operations run smoothly and in accordance with the Company SOP’s as well as handle escalated Client/Customer queries and grievances.
