Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Management, Public Relations, or a related field
2. Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal is a must
3. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer, alumni, or community relations
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication platforms
5. Able to manage databases, engagement programs, and administrative reports effectively
6. Service-oriented, responsive, and able to work collaboratively across departments

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain relationships with alumni and stakeholders
2. Manage alumni engagement programs, databases, and communications
3. Support reporting, coordination, and alumni-related inquiries
