JAPANESE LANGUANGE INSTRUCTOR

QUALIFICATION

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language Education, Japanese Literature or a related field.
2. Proficient in both spoken and written Japanese and Indonesian, having N2 or N3 certificate
3. Experience in desigining and managing Japanese Language Curriculum and Course Program
4. Possession of a Japanese Language porficiency certification wil be an advantage
5. Strong management and coordination skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with teaching staff and administration
6. Willing to be placed in Bangli or Karangasem, if required by the institution

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Facilitate classroom activites that enhance student’s speaking, listening, reading, and writing competencies
2. Design structured and practical lesson plans that support student’s readiness for hospitality and internasional workplace environments
3. Assess student learning progress through constructive feedback, in-class activities and periodic evaluations
4. Support students in preparing for Japanese Language proficiency certifications (e.g., JLPT) and workplace communication standars
