Content Operations Editor And Publisher

Responsibilities:

Responsible for content design, creating, editing, and publishing content on Shahid website and applications. Collaborate with other teams to improve the content design presentations.

Responsible for the creation of graphic assets and images.

Video editing and clip creation.

Uploading media onto Shahid.net prior to airing for assigned recorded shows, immediately after airing for assigned live shows, and publishing onto the website immediately after airing.

Insertion of all associated metadata prior to publishing (SEO title, titles, descriptions, program associations, episode number, transmission date, media type, season number, and thumbnail image).

Following the rights as per the contract uploaded on MBC systems.

Ensure that the content is checked before the final delivery.

Reviewing the published content over Shahid.net, TVs, mobile apps and tablets, and social media accounts.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in graphic designing and video editing.

Very good attention to detail.

Very good communication skills.

Excellent research skills.

Using any tool for management is optional.

Ability to work on a rota schedule (night shift).

Ability to work on weekends.

Flexible and available for on-call support.
