Primary Class Teacher (Grades 1–5) Mawahib School is seeking a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic Primary Class Teacher to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and supporting students in Grades 1–5, creating a positive learning environment, and helping students develop academically, socially, and personally. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about education, understands the needs of primary school students, and can deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons appropriate for students in Grades 1–5.

Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.

Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning needs and abilities.

Communicate effectively with parents and school administration.

Encourage students' academic, social, emotional, and personal development.

Prepare learning materials, classroom activities, and assessments.

Collaborate with fellow teachers to support student learning and school objectives.

Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education, Primary Education, or a related field.

Previous teaching experience in a primary school setting is preferred.

Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.

Ability to assess student performance and adapt teaching methods.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school administration.

Proficiency in English is preferred, depending on the teaching requirements.

Familiarity with digital learning tools and educational technology is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications Experience teaching students in Grades 1–5.
