Express Van Services Coordinator

Maurice Ward Group is a Supply Chain Management organization that was founded in 1968 in Dublin, Ireland. Currently, we operate 50 owned offices in 28 European countries.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Express Van Services Coordinator to support our team in delivering competitive pricing and reliable transportation solutions across Europe. In this role, you will prepare and provide accurate quotations, coordinate road freight shipments with carriers and partners, monitor shipment progress, and ensure timely and professional communication with customers and internal teams. You will also maintain accurate shipment data, handle customer inquiries, support rate negotiations with transport providers, and proactively address operational issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time (5 days per week) Working Hours: Based on shifts, including evening/night hours and weekends Job Status: Permanent (3-month probation period)

Prepare and provide accurate quotations for road freight shipments across Europe

Coordinate and arrange road deliveries with carriers and partners

Maintain daily communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Monitor shipment progress and proactively handle delays or issues

Update shipment status in internal systems and ensure data accuracy

Register and track customer inquiries in the system

Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional support

Negotiate rates with transport providers when needed

Identify and report operational issues and suggest improvements

Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations

Excellent English language skills - oral & written

Excellent and effective communication skills (both verbal and written)

Excellent customer service and work ethic

Highly organized and responsible
