Job Description :

• Manage & oversee services and products offered in an outlet's operations.
• Oversees stock level for products and supplier.
• Handling customers enquiries and complaints.
• Daily ordering & maintain estimate consumtion, forecast requirement & maintain inventory.
• Organized & supervise shift.
• Training & evaluate staff.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Management or equivalent from reputable university
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related position (As Supervisor)
• Good management, leadership and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Have good managerial and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast moving environment company
• Well Groomed
