Export Customer Service

-Follow up the Export information with Sales, Oversea agent, Customer(shipper) -Booking space with Co-loader/Shipping line and release booking confirmation to shipper -Submit SI/VGM and others data as require to Co-loader/Shipping line timely -Follow up shipment schedule and update to related party -Manage export process under SOP of oversea agent/shipper/sales -Check cost and prepare payment to the Co-loader/Shipping line -Follow up Quotation from Sales and Issue Invoice to customer -Issue DN/CR to oversea agent -Send pre-alert and release Bill of Lading to customer -Summary job and close to Account Dept.

Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Logistics, International Business Management, or any related field Male or Female, age 25-35 years old 3-5 year working experience as Export operation in Freight Forwarding business Understand and able to reading, writing and speaking in English (Chinese is a plus) Service mind, Positive attitude, Responsibility and able to work under pressure
