  • Site 1: Manufacturing Plant, Nhon Trach, Dong Nai (Company shuttle bus available from Ho Chi Minh City and Bien Hoa)
  • Site 2: VSIP 1 Industrial Park, Binh Duong (Company shuttle bus provided)
  • Site 3: VSIP 3 Industrial Park, Binh Duong (Company shuttle bus provided)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for recruiting Technicians and Production Operators/Factory Workers based on the manpower requirements of the assigned manufacturing site.
  • Manage and execute the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Proactively develop and expand recruitment channels to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners (HRBP), and Plant Management teams to meet hiring plans and workforce demands.
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Work with recruitment agencies, labor suppliers, vocational schools, and other external partners to broaden candidate sourcing channels.
  • Monitor recruitment progress and ensure hiring targets are achieved in terms of both timeline and quality.
  • Analyze recruitment data, prepare regular reports, and recommend initiatives to improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update candidate information accurately in ATS/HRIS systems.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably within manufacturing or multinational environments.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment setting.
  • Prior experience in mass hiring, blue-collar recruitment, or manufacturing workforce recruitment is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with labor suppliers, recruitment agencies, or campus recruitment programs is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and recruitment analytics skills.
  • Good English.
  • Proactive, adaptable, results-oriented, and highly accountable.
