At Scotiabank, were looking for talented, service-oriented individuals with strong English skills to join our Customer Service team in Bogotá.
No previous experience is needed just the willingness to learn and grow with us!

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support to Canadian banking clients.
- Resolve inquiries and offer effective solutions.
- Advise customers on financial products and services.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer experience.
Work Schedule:
Training period (first 2 months):
- Morning shift: 7:00 a.m to 3:30 p.m
- Evening shift: 4:00 p.m to 12:00 a.m (transportation and night bonus included)
After training (fixed shift based on availability):
- Morning: 10:00 a.m to 6:30 p.m
- Afternoon: 11:00 a.m to 7:30 p.m
Requirements:
- High school diploma (must present diploma or graduation certificate)
- English level: B2 or higher
- No previous experience required
