BANQUET COORDINATOR

Create ,compose and distribute Banquet event order (BEO)/ Banquet Function Plan (FP) to all department heads and personnel who are involved in servicing banquets functions Sending banquet event proposals to the members and being in timely contact with them. Ensure prompt responses for all inquiry through telephone, fax and emails Respond and act upon any special requirement requested by function host. Maintain all client information and folders Updating catering/banquet sales and revenue projection on a daily basis. Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
