AREA OPERATIONS MANAGER

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent. At least 4 years of working experience in the related field id required for this position. Knowledgeable in PNL, LSM and people management. Ability to interview , hire and train staff Strategic planning ,execution, expertise in business development and opening new business channel Excellent verbal and written communication and proposal writing skills Excellent report generation, presentation, analysis and report interpretation skills Positive and professional attitude. Ability to manage new project within the speculated timelines. Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards Ability to handle pressure from management and staff and can work long hours Ability to coordinate ,priorities and execute multiple task and teams.
