Main Duties & Responsibilities Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
- Perform quality inspection of raw materials, components, and semi-finished products from suppliers based on:
- Technical drawings
- Specifications / technical standards
- Inspection Plans
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Production to:
- Classify accepted and rejected materials
- Isolate and handle NG (Non-Conforming) items
- Prepare and update:
- IQC inspection records
- Incoming defect reports
- Statistics of defect rates by supplier
In-process & Final Product...
Qualification
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience in Electrical & Mechanical with analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 is a plus
- Facility maintenance management experience is a must
