Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

Provide courteous, professional, and timely customer service to clients, visitors, and partners. Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against relevant documentation. Properly arrange, label, and store goods in designated warehouse locations. Update inventory records accurately using the approved system and documentation. Manage stock in line with receipts, tags, and standard operating procedures. Conduct regular stock counts and report any discrepancies or variances promptly. Identify, document, and report any damaged, missing, or tampered goods. Ensure strict compliance with safety, security, and warehouse operational guidelines. Assist with loading, unloading, and dispatch activities for couriers and customers. Perform other administrative and operational support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum of HND or equivalent qualification. Completion of NYSC is mandatory. Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations is an added advantage. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks when required.
