Site Supervisor

Job Summary You will read and interpret blueprints to install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems. You will measure, cut, and fabricate sheet metal ducts, use tools to secure ductwork, and repair or replace worn parts to ensure HVAC systems function effectively. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints to understand HVAC system layouts and installation requirements Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation ducts according to specifications Inspect HVAC systems regularly to identify and resolve operational issues Measure and mark sheet metal accurately to prepare for duct installation Cut, bend, and fabricate sheet metal ducts to fit installation needs Use power and hand tools to secure ductwork safely and correctly Repair or replace worn or defective HVAC system parts to maintain system performance Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficiency in English, Bangla, and Malay languages to facilitate communication on site and with team members
