The Role Generating new business from the company database and supplied leads, alongside your own network Conducting market appraisals and property valuations for high-net-worth clients Preparing properties for advertising with our marketing and photography teams Matching clients to the right properties Arranging and conducting viewings across Dubai's prime locations Negotiating offers between buyer and seller, or tenant and landlord Managing the sale or lease through to completion and liaising with all parties Maintaining expert, up-to-date knowledge of RERA rules and regulations governing the Dubai property market Becoming the authority on your community, the developments, the amenities, and what makes people want to live there
Who We Are Looking For A background in sales or property consulting is preferred, but no previous estate agency experience is required. We train from the ground up, and some of our strongest agents came from outside the industry. What matters more is resilience, consistency, and the willingness to back yourself. Commission-based work is not for everyone. If you are ambitious, competitive, and want your earnings set by your results rather than a salary band, it is worth a conversation.
