We are looking for a Client Advisor (Fashion) for Singapore, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent sales & customer services in boutique to achieve sales targets
• Handle enquiries and respond to customers’ feedback in professional manner
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
• Assist in daily operations and perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirement & Qualifications:

• Singapore citizen, SPR, or holding a legal pass to working in Singapore
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion luxury retail sales
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Customer Service Oriented
• Meticulous, detailed and organized
• Familiar on CRM usage on day to day operation
• Fluent in Social media Platform - as creator / as persona in social media platform
