About us: Luxe Beauty & Wellness Co. is a full-service salon, spa and wellness studio in Riverview, NB ? hair, nails, skin, massage and wellness services delivered by a talented, growing team. We're looking for a strong leader to run the day-to-day and take the salon to its next level. The role: You own it all ? the people and the operations. One manager, full-time, leading from the front. - Lead, coach and develop our team of service providers and front-desk staff - Own daily operations: staff scheduling, time-off approvals, shift coverage - Hire, onboard, train and performance-manage team members - Set and uphold service standards; resolve escalated client concerns with care - Oversee payroll/timekeeping and track retail and service targets - Partner with the owner on pricing, promotions and growth initiatives - Build a positive, accountable team culture; lead regular team meetings - Keep the behind-the-scenes running smoothly ? supplies, vendors, systems What you bring: - Proven team management / leadership experience (required) - Fluent in spoken and written English (required) - Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays - Background in beauty, wellness, spa or hospitality strongly preferred - Organized, calm under pressure, and genuinely client-obsessed What we offer: - $52,000/year salary - Dental, medical and vision coverage - Employee discounts - Free parking - Full-time, 40 hours/week, on-site in Riverview - A supportive owner, a skilled team, and real room to grow with the business
