We are looking for a great person to join our Luisa Risto Team! If you love food and people this might be the position for you!

This is a part time position that involves varying evening & weekend shift. The restaurant is located in St Albert?s downtown core.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist guests with their orders
• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages
• Discuss menu options
• Deliver food & beverage to guests
• Manage the needs and orders of multiple tables
• Resolve complaints in a timely and courteous manner
• Clean tables and prepare for future guests
• Take and process payments
• Maintain excellent customer service and friendly attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff and fellow servers optimizing communication to ensure efficient operations
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

• Proserve Required
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Previous service experience preferred
• Ability to legally work in Canada without an LMO
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly verbal
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
• Position requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
