Finance & Accounts Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead the company's finance and accounting operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Prepare management reports and financial performance analyses.
Develop and strengthen financial controls, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate statutory audits and regulatory compliance.
Manage tax planning, statutory filings, and regulatory reporting.
Monitor company profitability, expenditure, and working capital.
Support executive leadership with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years' finance or accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or equivalent is required.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and internal controls.
Experience preparing management accounts and financial statements.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Preferred Requirements: Candidates with experience managing finance operations in automotive, manufacturing, retail, distribution, or other multi-branch businesses will have an advantage.
