Main requirements cover : Willing to use wok to cook Ensure clean utensils and work area Order Raw Material and Supplies for the kitchen Assists in stock take and storage of stock. Taking orders from Supervisor in charged Work as a Team with the rest of the crew members, inside and outside the kitchen.
