Senior Sales Associate – Jewelry

We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate to join a growing jewelry company and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

Present and recommend suitable jewelry products based on customer requirements.

Build strong relationships with customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales transactions professionally.

Maintain a high standard of product presentation and customer service.

Stay up to date with product knowledge, collections, and market trends.

3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in jewelry, luxury retail, fashion, or a similar industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Fluent/Excellent English communication skills.

Strong sales orientation and customer-focused approach.

Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.

Candidates located in or near Tagamoa/New Cairo* are preferred.
